What is included in a typical home inspection?
A typical home inspection includes an assessment of the property's major systems and components, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.

How long does a home inspection usually take?

The duration of a home inspection can vary depending on the size, condition of the property, but it usually takes 3-4 hours on average pending the size, age, drive time and vacancy of the property. All these factors are a must in a "Quality Inspection."

Do I need to be present during the inspection?

While it is not mandatory, we recommend that clients be present during our post inspection process, this allows for you to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the property's condition.

Refund & Cancellation fee Policy

Payment for inspection services is due at the time of scheduling or before the inspection process.

  • Full Refund: Please note that 48 hours written notice is required for all cancellations. The cancellation fee is 50% of the inspection price quoted.
  • Partial Refund: The cancellation fee will be refunded/or credited if all ready paid, if a similar inspection is performed within 2 weeks of the original requested inspection date. This can be done within 24 hours.
  • No Refund: No-Shows or cancellations after the inspector has arrived on the property are NOT eligible for any type of refund.
